1)The Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale of tickets by the the Zoological park of Fort Mardyck Dunkerque Grand Littoral, through its website www.parc-zoologique.fr. The present general termes and sales conditions apply to everybody visiting or making a purchase via the website. Hereafter referred to as the buyer. The Zoological park of Fort Mardyck Dunkerque Grand Littoral reserves the right to make all modifications related to the general terms and conditions.
2) Order information
For all the orders purchased on the www.parc-zoologique.fr website constitutes your agreement, without restrictions or reservations to the General Sales Terms and Conditions. They are visible before placing the order and must be accepted by ticking the box to accept. The e-buyer guarantees his right to use the credit card and that the account contains sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products ordered.
3) Current rates
The ticket prices are shown in Euros, including all applicable taxes.The purchase of all goods, irrespective of their origin are payable in euros. The applicable rates are those in effect on the day you place your order and the Zoological park of Fort Mardyck Dunkerque Grand Littoral reserves the right to any modification in tarifs at anytime. The tickets will be billed based on the price list on the day of purchase. (After deliberation by the community council on the 8th of décember 2016)

4) Payment
The payment of the purchases can only by made by credit card : Visa, Mastercard and other credit cards and allows the buyer to buy their tickets on line and permenantly. The payments are secured by the PAYFIP system. (An internet payment system developed by the General Direction of Public Finances DGFiP).
5) Order confirmation and ticket delivery
The ticket order is definitively confirmed after the reception mail from the contact center confirming the validation of the purchase. Consequently the buyer is invited to consult their e-mails.
Tickets must be printed or shown via an electronic device (mobile phone or digital tablet) the day of their visit. The code bar on the ticket is scanned at the access control.
6) Ticket validity
The tickets purchased on the www.parc-zoologique.fr website permits access to the Zoological park and these can be used only once during the 2021 season.
7) Customer service
The Ticket may not be returned, exchanged or reimbursed. In the case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances and the closure of the Park, a code will be given to you by the The Zoological park of Fort Mardyck Dunkerque Grand Littoral allowing you to postpone your visit. In accordance with Article l'article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the sale of entrance tickets to a tourist attraction is treated as a recreational service. no right of withdrawal. 8) The protection of personal data and privacy
Concerning the processing of personal data in connection with this contract, the parties must conform to the European Parliament Regulation (UE) 2016/679 and council meeting of the 27th of April 2016, relating to the protection of individuals in regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. The personal data gathered by the park will not be given to a third party without the buyers consent.

10) Droit applicable
The applicable law
The General Terms and conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of litigation both parties will search for an amicable agreement before any legal action. If that fails all disputes will carried in front of the relevant court of jurisdiction.
